SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations

With this publication in the Gazette of India, SEBI put forth disclosure requirements and obligations for all listed securities. This is valid for entities already listed and those seeking to be listed. It also put forth guiding principles and clearly stated that “in case of any ambiguity or incongruity between the principles and relevant regulations, the principles specified shall prevail”.
